The American International Women’s Club and the International School on the Rhine invite you to join us for our annual Children’s Halloween Party! This year’s charity event will benefit SOS Kinderdorf, a support association of the international SOS Children’s Villages.

Please join us for a fun-filled afternoon of carnival games, American candy and ghostly crafts. And don’t forget to explore the mysterious "Haunted Hallway". Everyone is invited to wear their spookiest Halloween costume and children should bring a bag for collecting candy. 

Snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase, to benefit SOS Kinderdorf. 

All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to SOS Kinderdorf. Please click on the link to learn more about the wonderful work they are doing. 

Space is limited, so get your tickets soon! Infants under the age of 1 are free and not required to register. 

Depending on the current Covid situation, guests may be asked to wear masks inside the school building. We also ask for your support in refraining from attending if you are ill or testing positive prior to the event. We thank you in advance for your help.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. By registering, you are agreeing to follow this policy. If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
