WHAT DOES MY MEMBERSHIP FEE PAY FOR?

Membership fees cover club estimated operating expenses. At the end of each year, any excess funds, less reserves for potential un-billed expenses or planned projects, are added to the general charity fund. Operating costs include items such as website costs, tax advisor fees, insurance, supplies and volunteer/board service acknowledgements. As a charitable German organization, the membership fee is fully tax-deductible. Due to this status, we are required to follow strict rules on the use of our funds, including not using the funds to pay for or subsidize non-business events. Members pay a separate fee for all events and activities.

Your renewal date is one calendar year from the date you first join. Members will be notified via email as their renewal date approaches. If a membership is not renewed within 30 days after expiration, the member will be automatically deleted from the club system. After this, a member would need to rejoin as a new member.

REDUCED RATE MEMBERSHIP
