VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR OUR ANNUAL CHARITY EASTER EVENT

Volunteers Needed for Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt EXTERNAL SIGN UP REQUIRED 

WHEN: 15th March 2026

WHERE: : Sarah Horstmann's Home (Leuchtenberger Kirchweg 47B)

Our EASTER EGG HUNT is  traditionally held at The International School of Düsseldorf. We have two searching areas outside for older and younger children. We recycle our eggs, and the children receive a goodie bag at the end. We also sell baked goods and ALL proceeds go to our charities. 

We need volunteers who can: 

1) Fill plastic eggs on March 15th

CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event that there is no cancellation policy stated, all event / activity registration sales are final and nonrefundable.  If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair. 

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
