WHAT: The new year will bring our biggest charity event of the year! Casino Night! Secure your spot for you, your partner and friends and start practicing your poker game and getting out your party clothes to impress. Even if you don't gamble, this will be a night you don't want to miss. There will be live music and a silent auction, a flying buffet and drinks flowing throughout the evening!

All proceeds will be split between SOS Kinderdorf and KnackPunkt.

This is truly THE event where you have the opportunity to show how great we are at GIVING while you are having fun. Since it is at the beginning of the new year, we want you all to register as soon as possible so that we can plan appropriately.

So - save the date and invite your family & friends… This will be a great night out!

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED: 

*Volunteer to help at the event. We will have time slots of just one hour so you can still enjoy the evening.

*Donate items for our silent auction Ideas include single items, vouchers, event tickets, gift baskets (wine, perfume, family game night, etc.) etc

*Ask one of your local vendors to donate items in order to get their name known in our comm unity Invite your family and friends!

*Look for something to wear among the gowns set aside from the Fashion Bash that you can purchase for a nominal price so that you can step out in style. Simply contact Charity@aiwcduesseldorf.org.

COVID-19 restrictions per the hotel will be given closer to the event date. If this event must be cancelled due to COVID-19, refunds will be given minus fees for paying online.


CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. By registering, you are agreeing to follow this policy. If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
