About the BoardThe AIWCD is an organization which is completely run by volunteers. We are thankful for our board members, and all our volunteers, who dedicate their time and talent to help our club run smoothly and facilitate our charitable efforts. Our board is comprised of two parts: the Executive and Governing Board. The Executive board is the legal board registered with the German government. The Governing board is comprised of the Executive Board plus all the members of our voting quorum. Additionally, we have a wonderful group of committee chairs. Our monthly board meetings are always listed on the club calendar and open to all club members. |
