Kid's Club Halloween Party

Registration

  • 13€ per child. Please register with the parent's information, then register attending child/ren as guests. Number of guests should equal the number of children attending!

WHAT:  Please join us on Sunday, October 31 for the Kid’s Club Annual Halloween Party!

There will be lots of frightening fun! Kids can play games, collect treats and enjoy spooky surprises. 

ISR has generously offered to host the event so that we can enhance our petrifying party. We warmly welcome ISR families to join in the hair-raising celebrations. So show up dressed to thrill for an eerie afternoon!

Children should come dressed up in Halloween costumes. Parents are also welcome to dress up and add to the fun!

COVID INFO: Admission to the event can only be granted with a negative Covid-19 test result, not older than 24 hours. This applies regardless of the vaccination status to ensure the safety of all participants. Children under 6 years old are exempt. The following options regarding a Covid-19 Test will be accepted for the event: 1. PCR tests (taken up to max. 24 hours before ) 2. Or rapid antigen tests for professional use (taken up to max. 24 hours before e.g. in test centers, doctors' on offices or pharmacies) are acceptable. The tests are an important mechanism for us to be able to hold the event. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and your cooperation so that we can all come together in a safe environment.

COST: 13€ for children over the age of 1, includes food, candy, games, prizes, VAT and fees; accompanying adults are free

REGISTRATION INFO: Please register yourself, then add each child as a guest. You do not need to register additional accompanying adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. By registering, you are agreeing to follow this policy. If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
