Securing a private tour, isn't easy!
Vlinderhof is a garden, and doesn't have "reception" building on the premises. They have only temporary facilities for guess.
Piet Oudolf is a world-renowned landscape architect and his work is known throughout the world. Highline NYC, Lurie Gardens Chicago, Belle Isle Detroit to mention only a few in the USA. His other gardens are in the UK, DE, SE, DE, NL and many other countries. https://oudolf.com/ What makes him unique and why his gardens are a MUST see is because he looks beyond the obvious traditional garden. Piet is known for his signature design of creating a garden with different perennials with specific colors, shapes, textures and size of the leafs, heights of the plants and weaves them together in an stunning peaceful garden. He also “literally” paints almost a 3-dimensional garden similar to an impressionist painter with the colors plants and flowers he has chosen for the garden.

SCHEDULE:
2:00 - 3:30 pm: Once you arrive, guests will be welcomed with coffee or tea before the guided tour will be given by one of our volunteers.
3:45-4:45 pm: After garden tour, you are invited to join us for refreshments. Each guest will pay what they consume. It is a short 10-minute walk from Vlinderhof. If you wish to attend, please confirm by emailing kvaaiwcd@gmail.com
