Note that the library has recently changed locations and is now located in Bilk. Public parking is available on the streets either side of the building. Also accessible via the U71, U73, U83 and 701 Straßenbahn.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
