WHAT: Swimming in the Thermalbaths in Arcen, NL

Who is interested in joining a few AIWCD members at the Theramaalbad Arcen? Why not treat yourself to a relaxing time? The Theramaalbad Arcen (Thermal Baths) offers four warm saltwater swimming baths to choose from.

TRAVEL: From Düsseldorf, it is about a 45 minute’s drive. There is free parking. If you don’t drive, see if you can get a ride with one of the members signed up! Driving details given after registration.

COST: Swimming 17.50€ for 2.5 hours, 22€ for 4 hours. Lunch is additional. Each member will need to purchase their own entrance ticket at the reception area and pay for any additional food or services.

LUNCH: There are 3 cafés. One is within the pool area as well as two outside of the pool area. Each member will need to purchase their own food and drink. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: Swimsuits, towels, and shower shoes or flip-flops required. Lockers are available. More details about what to bring, facilities, and spa services available given after registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. By registering, you are agreeing to follow this policy. If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
