What: Donate Blood and help save lives. Ever since the pandemic, the blood reserves have been low. We want to help our community by donating blood.

If we go in a group, we can have some fun and enjoy a refreshing drink afterward together. This is the red cross website, so first come first serve. We want to have our AIWCD group at the Burg Platz between 2 and 3 pm to support each other and chat.

Make certain you drink enough on this day and it is preferable to take public transportation to Heinrich Heine Allee. A parking Garage near by is the Contipark Altstadt Rheinufer. Once we know who is coming, we can organise carpools.

You must be between the ages of 18 and 60, be healthy and weigh more than 50 kg.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  For events paid through the AIWCD, cancellations prior to the cancellation date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations after this date will be handled according to the AIWCD Cancellation Policy. By registering, you are agreeing to follow this policy. If you have questions, please contact the Activities Chair.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an AIWCD event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the AIWCD Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

COVID-19 SAFETY: If you choose to participate in this AIWCD activity, you will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 restrictions, including social distancing and wearing masks.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with AIWCD administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required. If you have any questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.
